Email support@pdflume.com. Include the tool name, your browser, the steps you took and any visible error code. We do not promise a fixed response time.

Do not send passwords, payment details or confidential documents. If a sample is needed to reproduce a problem, use a small file with personal information removed.

Privacy requests

Use the same contact channel with “Privacy request” in the subject. Describe your request without attaching sensitive documents. We cannot retrieve files processed only in your browser.
